The best way to initiate a return or exchange is to fire off an email to help@rackrabbit.com with your Order Number (if you have it) and a quick “what happened.” We’ll take it from there and handle your issue faster than Braden at the county line sprint - you know he’s been at the back of the group all day and found his legs “all of a sudden.”
